NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE RECALL PETITION

We the People of the State of California have been forced as concerned citizens to stop the corruption, dysfunction and unaccountability of colluding judges. We refuse to allow our fundamental rights from being trampled upon by judicial officers of the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Diego. When judges fail to apply the law, are biased and discriminatory, and do not have the judicial temperament to carry out their duties, the most vulnerable of our citizens, our children, suffer the most. These are reasons for these recall petitions.
