Kids Matter was founded in 2020 by Mark Fidelman to address an outdated and antiquated family court system. His own divorce experience served as the inspiration for starting Kids Matter and writing the soon to be released book Fighting Back; How to Survive Family Court which addresses the changes needed in family law.
